Plain-language summary: Drafti is a local-first Tanzanian draughts game provided by Chimbo Network Group. It does not require an account. Your player name, icon, progress, match history, and settings stay on your device. Drafti collects limited pseudonymous gameplay analytics and coarse country or region information to operate and improve the game and measure first-party promotions. Drafti does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, financial information, Android advertising ID, or Android ID, and it does not sell personal data.

1. Who we are and scope

Chimbo Network Group ("Chimbo", "we", "us", or "our") provides Drafti. This policy applies to the Drafti Android application with package name com.chimbonetwork.drafti and the Drafti web game at drafti.chimbonetwork.com.

3. Data we do not collect

Drafti does not request or collect precise GPS location, contacts, call logs, SMS, photos, videos, microphone or camera data, files, health information, payment or financial information, email address, phone number, password, Android advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI, or other hardware identifiers. Drafti does not offer user accounts or cloud profile syncing.

4. How and why we use data

Provide the game, local profile, preferences, scoring, and progress.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and deliver configuration.
Measure app opens, sessions, gameplay outcomes, and performance so we can improve Drafti.
Measure views and clicks on Chimbo's first-party promotional content.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent personal data. Limited data is disclosed only as needed to the following recipients:

Hosting and infrastructure providers process network requests, IP addresses, and technical logs to host and protect Drafti.
IP geolocation service: if country information is not available from hosting/CDN headers or server GeoIP, Drafti's server may make a short HTTPS request to ipwho.is using the connection IP to obtain an approximate country and region. Drafti caches only a salted hash of the IP with this result for up to 24 hours.
Apps you choose: when you tap Share, Drafti passes game-result text to the Android or browser share sheet. You decide which app receives it.
Authorities or advisers only when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or establish and defend legal claims.

6. Advertising and promotions

The current Android app contains no third-party advertising SDK and does not use the Android advertising ID. Drafti currently displays non-personalized, first-party Chimbo promotional content. If we introduce a third-party advertising provider or materially change advertising data practices, we will update this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration before enabling that change.

7. Permissions

The Android app requests Internet access only. It does not request camera, microphone, precise or approximate device location, contacts, storage, notifications, Bluetooth, phone, or advertising ID permissions.

8. Retention and deletion

On-device data: retained until you select Delete local data in Drafti, clear the app/browser data, or uninstall the app.
Pseudonymous analytics: event-level analytics and hashed install/session identifiers are retained for up to 24 months for product operation, security, and reporting, then deleted or aggregated so they are no longer reasonably linkable to an installation.
Technical hosting logs: retained according to the hosting provider's security and operational schedule, normally for a limited period.
Geolocation cache: the salted IP cache key and approximate result expire after 24 hours.

Drafti does not create an online account, so there is no account to delete. To delete local game data, use Futa data ya ndani / Delete local data from the lobby's privacy controls. You may also request deletion of server-side information associated with your installation by emailing chimbonetwork@gmail.com. Because server identifiers are pseudonymous, we may ask for information available on your device that is reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records.

9. Security

Drafti uses HTTPS for network transfers, hashes analytics identifiers before server-side logging, limits accepted analytics fields and sizes, rate-limits requests, and restricts access to administrative reporting. No online service is completely risk-free, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the limited data handled.

10. Children

Drafti does not knowingly collect contact details or create online accounts for children. The game does not request sensitive device permissions or use behavioral advertising. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and delete it where applicable.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Drafti or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this publicly accessible page and identified by a new effective date. We will provide additional in-app notice when appropriate.

1. Sisi ni nani na sera hii inahusu nini

Chimbo Network Group ("Chimbo" au "sisi") ndiyo inayotoa Drafti. Sera hii inahusu programu ya Android ya Drafti yenye package com.chimbonetwork.drafti na mchezo wa wavuti kwenye drafti.chimbonetwork.com.

2. Data tunayoshughulikia

Kwenye kifaa pekee: jina na alama ya mchezaji, pointi, cheo, ushindi, kushindwa, sare, historia ya michezo, lugha, mwonekano, sauti na aina/rangi za bao. Data hii haitumwi kama akaunti ya mtandaoni.
Takwimu za matumizi: kitambulisho cha nasibu cha usakinishaji, kipindi na tukio; kufungua programu; kuona lobi; kuanza/kumaliza mchezo; aina ya mchezo; ugumu; matokeo; lugha; jukwaa; na kuona/kubofya tangazo la Chimbo.
Taarifa za mtandao: IP, nchi/eneo la jumla, muda, aina ya programu/kivinjari na kumbukumbu za kiufundi hutumiwa kwa usalama, kuzuia matumizi mabaya, kuendesha huduma na takwimu za maeneo. Drafti haiombi GPS. Vitambulisho vya takwimu hufanyiwa hash kabla ya kuhifadhiwa kwenye kumbukumbu za Drafti.

3. Data tusiyokusanya

Drafti haiombi wala kukusanya eneo halisi la GPS, mawasiliano, simu au SMS, picha/video, kamera, kipaza sauti, mafaili, afya, malipo au fedha, barua pepe, namba ya simu, nenosiri, Android advertising ID, Android ID, IMEI au vitambulisho vingine vya kifaa. Drafti haina akaunti za watumiaji wala kuhifadhi wasifu kwenye cloud.

4. Matumizi na ushirikishaji wa data

Data hutumiwa kutoa mchezo na mipangilio, kulinda huduma, kutatua hitilafu, kuboresha Drafti na kupima matangazo ya Chimbo. Hatuuzi wala kukodisha data binafsi. Data ndogo inaweza kushughulikiwa na:

watoa huduma wa hosting na miundombinu kwa kuendesha na kulinda Drafti;
ipwho.is, pale tu ambapo server haina nchi/eneo, ili kupata eneo la jumla kutoka IP; Drafti huhifadhi hash yenye chumvi ya IP na jibu hilo kwa hadi saa 24;
programu unayochagua kupitia share sheet unapobonyeza Sambaza; na
mamlaka au washauri pale sheria, usalama au ulinzi wa haki unapohitaji.

5. Matangazo na ruhusa

Programu ya sasa ya Android haina SDK ya matangazo ya kampuni nyingine, haitumii Android advertising ID, na inaonyesha matangazo yasiyolengwa ya Chimbo yenyewe. Mabadiliko makubwa ya matangazo yatawekwa kwenye sera hii na taarifa ya Google Play Data safety kabla ya kuwashwa.

Programu ya Android inaomba ruhusa ya Intaneti pekee. Haiombi kamera, kipaza sauti, eneo, mawasiliano, storage, notifications, Bluetooth, simu au advertising ID.

6. Muda wa kuhifadhi na kufuta

Data ya kifaa hubaki hadi utumie Futa data ya ndani, ufute data ya programu/kivinjari, au uondoe programu.
Tukio la takwimu na hash za usakinishaji/kipindi huhifadhiwa kwa hadi miezi 24, kisha hufutwa au kujumlishwa bila kuhusishwa tena na usakinishaji.
Kumbukumbu za hosting huhifadhiwa kwa muda mdogo kulingana na usalama na uendeshaji wa mtoa huduma.
Cache ya eneo yenye hash ya IP huisha baada ya saa 24.

Drafti haitengenezi akaunti ya mtandaoni, kwa hiyo hakuna akaunti ya kufuta. Tumia Futa data ya ndani kwenye lobi kufuta data ya mchezo kwenye kifaa. Kwa ombi la kufuta data ya server inayoweza kuhusishwa na usakinishaji wako, tuma barua pepe kwa chimbonetwork@gmail.com. 7. Usalama, watoto na mabadiliko

Drafti hutumia HTTPS, hash za vitambulisho, mipaka ya data na ukubwa unaokubalika, rate limiting na udhibiti wa taarifa za admin. Hakuna huduma ya mtandao iliyo salama kwa asilimia 100, lakini tunatumia ulinzi unaolingana na data ndogo tunayoshughulikia.

Drafti haikusanyi kwa kujua mawasiliano ya watoto wala kuwatengenezea akaunti. Haiombi ruhusa nyeti za kifaa wala kutumia matangazo yanayofuata tabia. Mzazi au mlezi akiamini mtoto ametoa taarifa, awasiliane nasi ili tuchunguze na kufuta inapohusika.

Mabadiliko muhimu yatachapishwa kwenye ukurasa huu pamoja na tarehe mpya, na taarifa ya ndani ya programu itatolewa inapofaa.
